What I personally know to be true is that when we take the time to really listen and hear what is going on in another person without fixing, advising or dismissing what is alive in them, both individuals are forever changed in that moment. There is a space that gets created in these moments, an invitation to speak freely, which allows the individual to venture further down to the core of the issue versus talking about it on a surface level.
When we fill our own empathy cups and thereby nourish ourselves, we can begin to offer this to another. This is where true healing can happen and where we can start being in relationship differently.
Whether you are an individual, couple or small group, some results you may experience from an Individual Session with me are:
- Understanding about why you and your partner are coming up against the same issues in your relationship and ways to move beyond them.
- Ease around connecting with your children with more patience and understanding; before you reach that meltdown or timeout point.
- Confidence and skill when leading or participating within a group who may be struggling with communicating effectively thus utilizing time more efficiently.
All individual sessions are offered in person via telephone. The client assumes the responsibility for long distance charges. A recording of all phone sessions will be provided in a downloadable format within 24 hours of the session.
I will contact you within 24 hours to set up your phone session. All payment is due before session time. You will be directed to fill out an information page after your payment has been processed.
